I am Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland. I earned a Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in the clinic and farm setting. My clinical experience includes helping clients with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, chronic illness, caregiver burnout, neurodivergence, ASD, trauma, religious trauma & coercive control. My approach to counseling is integrative and holistic, utilizing person-centered, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). My goal is to empower client’s on their therapeutic journey through a collaborative and holistic approach.
